SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED RIAZ AHMED S/O SACHAL BY CASTE SHAMBANI  IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.506/2024, RE- RIAZ AHMED VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.40/2024 POLICE STATION SALEHPAT, UNDER SECTION 23 (i) (a) SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused RIAZ AHMED S/O SACHAL BY CASTE SHAMBANI  and upon hearing Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Junejo, Advocate for accused and Mr. Jameel Memon for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Mohabat son of Panjan has stood surety for accused Riaz Ahmed.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  RIAZ AHMED S/O SACHAL BY CASTE SHAMBANI  from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
