Whereas, accused namely (1) Sarfaraz Ahmed son of Ishfaque Ali Shah by caste Syed and (2) Salman Ali son of Peer Bux by caste Shaikh, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each(Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Babar Hussain Shah son of Altaf Shah by caste Syed r/o Jamal Taluka & District Ghotki the surety of accused Sarfaraz Ahmed) and Aijaz Ahmed son of Abdul Khalique by caste Shaikh r/o Sadat Colony Taluka Khanpur District Rahimyar Khan the surety of accused Salman Ali Shaikh have filed their affidavits for standing sureties of above named accused, which have been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 25-03-2024 at 08:00 AM.
