Whereas, Honourable High court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted bail in Criminal B.A S-24/2024 vide order dated 11.03.2024 and passed order that, this application is allowed, and applicant is granted post arrest bail subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/ (One lac) and PR bond of the same amount to the satisfaction of trail court in respect of accused namely Millan @ Muhammad Millan s/o Tillan @ Shah Dino by caste Arbani. The required surety has been furnished by deponent namely Ashique Ali s/o Bahawal by caste Pitafi in the sum of Rs. 100,000/-(One lac) and PR bond in the like amount which has been by this court.
