Subject:   release    writ     of     accused  IN B.A NO: 455/2024 reg-AZEEM @ uZAIR V/S THE STATE U/S: 377-b,337-j, 34 ppc CRIME NO.51/2023 ps: dUBBAR

                              Whereas, in the above mentioned Case/Crime after filing the bail application on behalf of accused  Azeem @ Uzair Ahmed son of Ghulam Haider, by caste Jaffari and upon hearing Mr.Shewk Ram Valecha, Counsel for the applicant/accused and Mr. Jameel Ahmed Memon, APG for the state, this Court has granted the bail of the below named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- only (in words fifty thousand rupess) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this Court. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is accepted today.

                              You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs:50,000/- only (in words fifty rupees only) and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to be executed to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this release writ.
