Whereas, this court has disposed off Crl. Case No:42/2023 State V/S Samdullah & Others (Raja @ Kali) bearing crime No.09/2023 U/s 380, 457 PPC of Police Station B-Section Dadu and convicted accused Raja alias Kali son of Muhammad Ayuoob Channa U/s 245(ii) Cr.P.C in above mentioned case/crime and he is sentenced to undergo S.I for five months and to pay fine of Rs:5000/- in case of default thereof he shall further undergo S.I for 15 days. However the record shows that accused was arrested on 03.10.2023 and as such he has already served out said period behind bar in present case, therefore you are hereby directed to release the above named accused person from your jail if he is no more required in any other case of custody.
