              WHEREAS, the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime No. 24/2025 U/S 8.SPPM,SS of use Gutka and Main Puri Act, 2019 of Police Station Kheensar, before Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I, Tharparkar at Mithi, and after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, Honourable Additional Sessions Judge-I, Tharparkar at Mithi has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only with P.R bond in the like amount.
            And whereas, the above-named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety for the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs: 50,000/-, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
             You are, therefore, directed to release the above-named accused forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case), with the direction to appear before this court on 18.09.2025 at 08:30 A.M. without fail. The P.R bond of the accused, after obtaining their signatures/LTI, may be sent to this court for record without fail.
