SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SHAHZAIB S/O MUHAMMAD  AMEEN  BY CASTE MIRANI  IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 505/2024, RE- SHAHZAIB MIRANI VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.38/2024 POLICE STATION C-SECTION,UNDER SECTION  24 SINDH ARMS ACT,2013.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHAHZAIB S/O MUHAMMAD AMEEN BY CASTE MIRANI and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Qadeer Khoso, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Ramzan S/O Allah Dino has stood surety for accused Shahzaib.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  SHAHZAIB S/O MUHAMMAD AMEEN BY CASTE MIRANI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
