SUBJECT:         RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ASGHAR ALI S/O SIKANDER ALI  BY CASTE ABBASI  IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO. 541/2024, RE- ASGHAR ALI ABBASI VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.62/2024 POLICE STATION ROHRI, UNDER SECTION 401,353 & 324 R/W S. 34 PPC.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ASGHAR ALI S/O SIKANDER ALI  BY CASTE ABBASI and upon hearing Zulfiqar Ali Channa, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Asif Ali S/O Khalique Dino has stood surety for accused Asghar Ali.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused  ASGHAR ALI S/O SIKANDER ALI  BY CASTE ABBASI  from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
