Whereas, accused namely Kashif Ali son of Rano Khan by caste chachar, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under below sections under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused person on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Abdul Wahab son of Abdul Khalique by caste Chachar r/o Sabzi Mandi/Mehran Colony Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in other case/crime.
