Whereas, accused namely Saleem son of Haji Qadan @ Qadir Bux by caste Chachar whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable below referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused persons on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.70,000/- (Seventy thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Qadir Bux son of Mouj Ali by caste Chachar r/o Gul Muhammad Chachar Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in other case/crime.
