Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Abdul Latif alias Lateef Dino son of Mehrab by caste Umrani upon hearing Ms.Rabia Bhatti and Mr.Shahjahan Khan, Advocates for applicant/accused and Mr.Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Basheer son of Wali Muhammad Umrani stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Abdul Latif alias Lateef Dino son of Mehrab by caste Umrani from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
