Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Nadar son of Laik by caste Jakhrani upon hearing Mr.Faiz Muhammad Brohi, Advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Ameet Kumar S. Rajpal, APG for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Ali Hyder son of Laiq Khan Jakhrani stood surety for accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Nadar son of Laik by caste Jakhrani from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8:30 am and until final disposal of the case.
