WHEREAS, UTP/accused Arshad Hussain son of Abid Hussain by caste Gopang, has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana, in 1st Criminal Bail Application No.S-64/2024 Re-Arshad Hussain Gopang VS The State for the offence punishable under section 504,324,34 PPC vide Crime NO. 441/2023 of PS Kamber City, subject to furnishing his solvency surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
