Bail Application No.26/2025 Re- Sabir Ali Khaskheli & others V/S The State for the offence under section 457, 380 PPC, arising out of Crime No.45/2025 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount. And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 26.09.2025 at 08-30 am positively.
