Masroor Ahmed son of Nazeer Ahmed both by caste Lashari are acquitted u/s:- 265H(i) Cr.P.C by this Court, involved in Sessions Case No: 57/2023, Re- State Versus Saeed Ahmed Lashari & others, for offences u/s:- 302, 311, 114, 148, 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No:- 93/2022 of Police Station Sijawal.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused person in above noted case/crime forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
