      The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.21.03.2024.

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & DPP for the State this Court has ordered that applicant/accused Ariz Muhammad S/O Muhammad Arab Panhwar, be admitted on bail on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant /accused furnished one Nazeer Ahmed S/O Atta Muhammad Panhwar, R/O Village Dhani Bux Panhwar, Waryaso, Taluka & District Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of t his Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Ariz Muhammad S/O Muhammad Arab Panhwar, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime
