Whereas, the applicant/accused named below has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 20.09.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1274/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Qamaruddin Buledi V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(i)(3)C CNSA, arising out of Crime No.45/2025 of PS Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
