Bail Application No.27/2025 Re-Fida Hussain Jamali V.s The State for the offence under section 380, 457 PPC, arising out of Crime No.46/2025 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 10.10.2025 at 08-30 am positively.
