SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 23/2024 REG. RAHEEM BUX V/S THE STATE U/S 23 (I) (A), 25 OF SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 CRIME NO: 69/2023 P.S. NAPER KOT.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Raheem Bux S/O Nazar Muhammad by caste Pahore who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 23 (I) (A), 25 OF SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees only) for his appearance before this court on 30.03.2024 at 08.30 a.m .
