Whereas a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the advocate on behalf of applicant/accused before Honourable Court of 2nd Additional District & Session Judge Hyderabad for grant of bail after arrest vide order dated: 25.09.2025 which was granted to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety of Rs.25,000/-.
You are, therefore, hereby, directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case and crime, after acceptance of P.R in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for appearance before this court on 07-10-2025 at 08:30 A.M. and continue to appear as further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this court within 03 days after receipt whereof.
