Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated:20-03-2024 to the applicant/accused namely Ramzan son of Gulsher by caste Laar bearing Crl.B.A.No:359/2024 in Re- Ramzan Laar versus The State, for offence under sections 365-B,324,452,337-H(ii),148,149 PPC bearing Crime No.26/2023 of PS Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named aplicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
