WHEREAS, accused Gada Hussain and Azhar both sons of Ali Gul Kalhoro has been granted bail by this Court in B.A No.31/2025 in Re- Gada Hussain and another the State for offence u/s 452,506/2,504,114,148,149 PPC, bearing Crime No.55/2025 of Police Station Miro Khan on 29.09.2025.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused have been furnished which has been accepted in sum of Rs.30,000/-.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith after proper verification if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking P.R bond from him. The P.R bond taken from the accused be returned to this Court and above named accused be bound down to appear before this court on 08.10.2025 at 8:30 am without fail.
