WHEREAS, Applicant/accused namely 1. Muhammad Rafiq s/o Abdul Ghafoor 2. Muhammad Muneer s/o Muhammad Banaras granted the Bail in above noted case/ Crime, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each (Fifty Thousand for each) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant /Accused has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused above named forthwith if they are not required in any other custody matter after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each only to be executed by the said applicant /accused before you, the Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi, and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court within three days from the receipt thereof.
