Whereas, after receiving the bail application in the subject mentioned Bail application on behalf of applicant/accused Momin S/o Niaz Ahmed by caste Jagirani upon his counsel and DDPP for the State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) for accused and personal recognizance bond in the like amount.
