Whereas, accused Fateh Muhammad s/o Mubeen Ahmed, by caste Kolachi, whom you hold into your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime, has been granted bail by this court, in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only), in above subject bail/crime. One deponent namely Hazoor Bux s/o Ghulam Nabi, by caste Chachar, r/o village Bakhsho Chachar, Taluka Khangarh, District Ghotki, appeared and filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, which has been accepted by this court.
