Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 1-ABDUL GHANI, 2-ZAMIR HUSSAIN BOTH SONS OF MIR MUHAMMAD BOTH BY CASTE LOLAI, and upon hearing Mr. Azhar Hussain Abbasi, Advocate, counsel for the applicants/accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused person in the sum of Rs: 1,00,000/- in words ( One Hundred Thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety.
