Whereas, Wazeer @ Wazeero @ Ghulam Shabir S/o Shafi Muhammad by caste Jatoi whom you hold in custody in the above titled case, this court has ordered that the case of above named accused is kept in abeyance till appearance of material witnesses, complainant before this court. Accused shall be released on bail, on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:200,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished today which has been accepted.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to be executed to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
