Whereas, accused namely Zameer Ahmed son of Manzoor Ahmed by caste Mahar, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred section under the remand warrant of this court. This court have granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Manzoor Ahmed son of Ghulam Qadir by caste Mahar r/o village Miyani Taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with directions to appear before this court on 29-03-2024 at 08:00 AM.
