Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

      The accused named below has been Granted Bail. in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated.25.03.2024.    

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused Abbas Ali S/o Hayat Leghari, before this Court in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished one Ghulam Rasool S/o Muhammad Umar Leghari, R/o Village Koor Jamak Taluka Johi & District Dadu is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Abbas Ali S/o Hayat Leghari, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/ accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing in below mentioned case & Crime.
