Whereas, this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs:200,000/- Each (Two hundred thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount vide order dated 06.10.2025. The accused has furnished required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if they are no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond in the equal amount Rs:200,000/- (Two hundred Thousand rupees) for his appearance before this court, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
