And whereas, bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C had been filed by the learned counsel on behalf of applicant / accused in above said case / crime.
And whereas, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant / accused and learned ADPP on behalf of State, this Court has granted bail to the applicant / accused below named in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant / accused and same is accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby required to release the above named accused forthwith; if he is no more required in any other case / crime pending against him in any court, after obtaining the P.R. Bond in the above said amount to appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing and continue to appear till the final decision of the case and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 03 days.
