Whereas, accused namely Shahzeb son of Muhammad Murad by caste Ghoto, whom hold into your custody for offence punishable under below referred sections under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Gul Hassan son of Muhammad Sachal by caste Ghoto r/o village Muhammad Sachal Ghoto Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bonds and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
