WHEREAS, Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted in criminal bail application No S-73/2024 vide order dated 19.03.2024 and passed order that this application is allowed and applicants are granted post arrest bail subject to his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/-each One lac each) and P.R bond of the same amount to the satisfaction of trail court in respect of accuse namely Ghulam Mustafa 2) Allah Dad both sons of Qadir Bux both by case Khoso .
