                        Whereas, the above quoted named accused/UTP was facing the trial of above cited case and crime and this Court has acquitted the accused namely  ALI RAZA S/O ABDUL  GHAFFAR B/C MALIK,  U/S 249-A Cr.P.c.

                        You are therefore hereby directed and authorized to release the above named accused forthwith ( if he is not required in any other case) under intimation of this Court.
