Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the below named applicant/accused, vide B.A order dated: 04.09.2025, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-405/2025 Re-Kaleemullah @ Balo Tunio Vs The State, for the offence under section 402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.57/2025 of Police Station Waggan, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
