SUBJECT:- CONVICTION WARRANT OF ACCUSED ABDUL QADIR S/O HAJI GUL MUUHAMMAD BROHI IN CR SESSION CASE NO.299/2022, THE STATE VERSUS ABDUL FATAH AND ORS U/S 302,337-H(2), 148, & 149-PPC CRIME NO. 30/2020 POLICE STATION SULTAN KOT.
Whereas, in the above mentioned criminal case, accused ABDUL QADIR S/O HAJI GUL MUUHAMMAD BROHI is convicted U/S: 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section under section 302-(b) r/w 149-PPC as Ta’azir and Sentenced to death on two counts. He shall be hanged by his neck, till he is dead. He is also sentence to pay compensation Rs;500,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs), to be paid to the legal heir of each deceased namely Abdul Rehman alias Baboo and Murad Bux alias Shahoo. In case of default in payment of compensation, accused shall undergo S.I for six months and payment of compensation shall be recovered from his as arrears of land revenue. Death sentence awarded to accused Abdul Qadir Brohi is subject to confirmation by the Honourable High Court of Sindh as provided under section 374, Cr.P.C. Accused Abdul Qadir Brohi is produced in custody; he is remanded to jail to serve the sentence awarded to him.
You are therefore hereby directed and authorized to receive accused ABDUL QADIR S/O HAJI GUL MUUHAMMAD BROHI and keep him into your custody, to serve out the above sentence awarded to him.
