Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Ali Ahmed s/o Niaz Hussain by caste Chandio, vide order dated:- 28.10.2025, in Cr. Bail Application No. 1476/2025, Re- Ali Ahmed Chandio Versus The State, u/s 24SAA Act-2013, bearing Police Crime No. 19/2025 of PS Khabbar, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
