Whereas, counsel for applicant/accused named above has filed bail application U/S: 497, Cr.P.C. After hearing the arguments this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand Rupees only) with PR Bond in the like amount. The applicant/accused persons have furnished the requisite surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above case/crime forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case.
