Whereas, accused Achar and Mashooque Ali both sons of Shah Nawaz Shaikh have been granted bail passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana in Criminal Bail Application No.S-475 of 2025 re- Achar Shaikh and an Other Versus The State in subject noted case/crime subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- Each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety have been furnished by the applicant/ accused and same surety is accepted.
