MAJID ALI S/O ISHAQUE ALL BY CASTE SANGHROO IN 1^ST CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO:S-40/2024, REGARDING: ZAMEER @ @ ZAMEER HUSSAIN AND ORS V/S THE STATE UNDER SECTION: 395,324,337AI,AIII,FI,FII,FV,147,148,149-PPC PPC CRIME NO: 30/2023, POLICE STATION: DAKHAN. 

                   Whereas applicant/accused namely 1.ZAMEER @ ZAMEER HUSSAIN S/O AZHAR ALI, 2. KHALIL AHMED S/O QADIR BUX, 3.GHULAM MURTAZA S/O BAHADUR KHAN, 4. MAJID ALI S/O ISHAQUE ALL BY CASTE SANGHROO, preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail after arrest, through his counsel Mr. Mohammad Ali Memon Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (in words Fifty Thousnad, each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’ble High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No: 2115/LCC/Cr:B.A.No: S-715/2019. Larkana Dated: 12-02-2020.

                        After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this court, which is accepted by this court.

                        YOU ARE, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (in words Fifty Thousnad for appearing before this Court on: 13-04-2024, at 08:30. A.M.
