Whereas, the counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC, and whereas this Court after hearing the argument of respective counsel, bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
