Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of applicants/accused person and upon hearing counsel for the applicants/accused and SPP for ANF, this court has granted bail to the accused in the sum of Rs 500,000/- (in words five lacs) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
