WHEREAS, Applicant/accused above named are granted the Bail in above noted case/ Crime, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant/Accused person has been furnished as required.
