Whereas accused namely Vikram s/o Dino Hindu, (in remand name of accused is written as Vikram son of Dino Thori), whom you hold in your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime and this court has granted the bail of accused subject to furnishing surety in Rs.30,000/-. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and Deponent namely Sajjan Jee s/o Kishno Jee, by caste Menghwar, r/o village Mian Muhammad Nazar Samejo, Taluka Daharki District Ghotki, has filed affidavit a/w Saving Certificates of Rs.30,000/- for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
