The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated:03.11.2025, passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Larkana.    

Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused 1.Muhammad Hassan @ Muhammad Hussain S/o Ahmed Khan 2.Ghulam Akbar S/o Ahmed Khan both by caste Arain  before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Larkana in below case and crime, and after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & State counsel, Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Larkana has ordered that applicants/ accused be admitted on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

And whereas the required surety furnished on behalf of applicant/ accused. One Niaz Hussain S/o Ahmed Khan Arain R/o Village tharo Khan Arain Taluka KN Shah, is present and stood surety for below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for each accused with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicants/ accused 1.Muhammad Hassan @ Muhammad Hussain S/o Ahmed Khan 2.Ghulam Akbar S/o Ahmed Khan both by caste Arain, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
