Whereas, this court hearing of learned advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the state granted bail to applicant/accused named above, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in above mentioned case and Crime.
Whereas, surety namely Jinsar Ali son of Nisar Ahmed by caste Panhwer, has stood the surety on the behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond and he submitted the affidavit along with required surety and same is provisionally accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused from your jail forth with if he is no more required in any other case of custody, after obtaining him P.R bond in the sum of 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) and P.R bond and return to this Court. Accused be bound down and directed to join the investigation/Trial court to face his trial.
