WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.11/2024 U/S 9(i), 3/B CNS Act 1997, amendment act 2022 of PS Nangarparkar and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with direction to appear before this court on 30-03-2024 at 8:00, am., and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
