Whereas, this court hearing of learned advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the state granted bail to applicant/accused named above, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in above mentioned case and Crime.
Whereas, surety namely Muhammad Hashim son of Ahmed Bux, has stood the surety on the behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond and he submitted the affidavit along with required surety and same is provisionally accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused from your jail forth with if he is no more required in any other case of custody, after obtaining him P.R bond in the sum of 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond and return to this Court.
