Whereas, the applicants/accused persons named above have filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court through their advocate, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the I/C ADPP for the state and the counsel for the applicant/accused, bail after arrest is granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs: 40,000/-,each subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
