Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Javed Ahmed s/o Mumtaz Ali by caste Jarwar, vide order dated:- 19.11.2025, in Cr. Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 490/2014, Re- Javed Ahmed Jarwar Versus The State, u/s 302,324,114, 148, 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 56/2014 of PS Sijawal, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz. 24.11.2025 at 08:30 am withoutfail.
